What data we collect
When you subscribe to email alerts, we store only:
- Your email address
- Your chosen alert preferences (back in stock, price drop, new listing, deals)
No other personal data is collected or retained.
Where data is stored and processed
All data is stored on a server located in Switzerland. All alert emails are sent from that same Swiss server. No data is transferred to or processed by servers outside Switzerland.
Third-party processors
Alert emails are delivered through Infomaniak, an email provider based in Switzerland, acting solely as our sending relay — your data stays in Switzerland. We use no other third-party processors: no marketing platforms, no analytics, no advertising networks. Your email address is never shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than sending the alerts you requested.
Tracking in emails
Alert emails contain no tracking pixels, read-receipt beacons, or click-tracking links. Emails are plain notifications only.
Retention and deletion
Your email address and preferences are deleted permanently when you unsubscribe. No backup copies are retained after deletion.
Your rights (revFADP)
Under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, in force 1 September 2023), you have the right to:
- Request confirmation of whether we hold data about you
- Obtain a copy of your stored data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
